Administrator Capabilities
Giffty provides administrators with tools to manage gift cards and employees. Below are the main features available in your account.
1. Access to Gift Cards
On the Gift Cards page, you can:
- View all sold cards.
- See the status of each card (active, used, pending).
- Deduct funds from a card when a customer uses it for payment.

2. “Employees” Tab
On the Employees page, you can manage access for your team:
- Add new employees.
- Edit or delete employees.
- Copy the login link for employees.

Changing Your Password
After logging into the system, the administrator must change the base password that was issued when the account was created. This can be done in the top right corner of the interface:
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Select the Change Password option.
- Enter the current password and the new password.
- Confirm the change.
Important: Using the base password is not secure. After the first login, be sure to change the password to a unique one.
