Business Capabilities

Giffty provides businesses with powerful tools for managing gift cards, employees, settings, and analytics. Below are the main features available in your account.


1. Statistics

On the Statistics page, you can track key metrics related to the sale and usage of gift cards:

  • Total amount of sold cards.
  • Number of cards used.
  • Amount for which gift cards were sold with time-based statistics.
  • Amount spent from gift cards with time-based statistics.

2. Access to Gift Cards

On the Gift Cards page, you can:

  • View all sold cards.
  • See the status of each card (active, used, pending).
  • Deduct funds from a card when a customer uses it for payment.

3. “Employees” Tab

On the Employees page, you can manage access for your team:

  • Add new employees.
  • Assign roles (administrator, employee).
  • Edit or delete employees.
  • Copy the login link for employees.

4. Settings

On the Settings page, you can:

  • Create a form for purchasing cards, where you specify the number, address, and other information visible to the customer.
  • Connect and configure Stripe for accepting payments.
  • Configure fee parameters (who covers the fee — the business or the customer).
  • Select the currency and possible gift card amounts.
  • Obtain a link for purchasing cards that can be promoted to customers.
