The Statistics window provides the business owner with detailed information about gift card sales and usage. This is a powerful tool for analyzing your business’s performance and making strategic decisions.

What is displayed in the Statistics window?

General Information

Total Number of Cards:
- Active Cards: The number of cards that have not yet been used.
- Used Cards: The number of cards from which funds have been deducted.
- Pending Cards: The number of cards that have not yet been sent to recipients.

Statistical Charts

Charts for Week, Month, and Year:
- Purchase Amount: The chart shows the total amount for which gift cards were purchased during the selected period.
- Deduction Amount: The chart displays the total amount spent from gift cards during the selected period.
- Comparison: You can compare data for different periods to track sales and usage trends.

How to use the Statistics window?

Select a Period: Use filters to choose a period for analysis (week, month, year).
Analyze Data: Review the charts and general information to understand sales and card usage trends.
Make Decisions: Use the data to optimize your sales strategy and improve service.

Important!

The Statistics window is accessible only to the business owner. Administrators and regular employees do not have access to this information.
